IT IS OUR POLICY:

• To have on file a signed Handling Contract with all clients.
• Clients assume all responsibility for making entries unless otherwise arranged between handler and client.
• Cancellation of entries must be made 48 hours prior to entry closing date. Any cancellations or no-show after the above stated deadline will be billed at the regular rate.
• All handling fees to be paid in full at either the end of the show day or show circuit. Handling fees must be paid in full when dogs are returned to owners. A $200.00 deposit, or half the circuit cost is required on all dogs left in our care for circuits and will be credited to the final bill.
